Chee-Ching has appeared in the High Court as a led junior and as sole advocate, with particular experience company, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters. He has appeared in the Court of Final Appeal twice in listed company relating matters, and has conducted trials in the High Court and in arbitration as sole advocate.
Chee Ching regularly accepts instructions in urgent injunction applications, and has particular experience in board fight injunctions, crypto injunctions, and injunctions in the winding up/arbitration context.
