Ian joined Chambers after completing his pupillage with Mr Bernard Man SC, Mr Tony Li SC, Mr Justin Ho and Mr Martin Ho. He is developing a broad civil and commercial practice. He has conducted trials in his own right, including a trial for a debt claim of over HKD 60 million before the Court of First Instance.
Ian graduated top of his class from the University of Hong Kong. He later completed his Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford with distinction.
Ian is also a Bar Scholar.
