Ian joined Chambers in 2023 after completing his pupillage with Mr Bernard Man SC, Mr Tony Li SC, Mr Justin Ho and Mr Martin Ho. He is developing a broad civil and commercial practice.
Ian graduated top of his class from the University of Hong Kong. He later completed his Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford with distinction.
Ian is a Bar Scholar.
