    Profile

    From January to June 2017, Peter was a Legal Intern (Administrative Officer) at the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) in London. Whilst at the CMA, he has assisted in hearings before the Competition Appeals Tribunal and in enforcement decisions taken by the CMA.

    Peter joined Chambers in 2018 after completion of pupillage with Mr. Victor Dawes S.C., Mr. Derek Chan S.C., Mr. Jonathan Chang and Mr. Anthony Chan.

    Peter is developing a broad civil practice, and has experience in areas such as banking, securities, company, competition, trust, probate, land, tax, arbitration and public law. He has appeared before the District Court, High Court and Competition Tribunal (as led junior and as sole advocate).
