Peter joined Chambers in 2018 after completion of pupillage with Mr. Victor Dawes S.C., Mr. Derek Chan S.C., Mr. Jonathan Chang and Mr. Anthony Chan.
Peter has experience in various areas in civil litigation, including commercial, company, competition, winding-up and bankruptcy petitions, building and construction disputes, probate, public and administrative law, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. He has appeared (in proceedings in English and Chinese) before the District Court, Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal, Court of Final Appeal and various other tribunals including the Competition Tribunal, Market Misconduct Tribunal and Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal (as led junior and as sole advocate). In addition, Peter has also appeared in arbitrations (including arbitrations conducted in Chinese) in Hong Kong under the ICC Arbitration Rules and HKIAC Arbitration Rules, as well as in London under the LCIA Rules.
Peter has been recognized by the Legal 500 for Commercial Disputes and Competition. He has been described as "very strong technically" and "always able to provide timely advice".
