    Alex joined Chambers in 2025 after completing pupillage with Ms Sara Tong SC, Mr Tim Parker (now Mr Tim Parker SC), Mr S.W. Lee, and Mr Byron Chiu. He is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. During limited practice, Alex has experience appearing in the High Court, including as sole advocate.

    Alex graduated with an LLB (First Class Honours) from the University of Hong Kong, winning a string of prizes and scholarships, including the Betty Ho Prize in Law and the Hong Kong Trustees Association Prize in Equity and Trusts. He went on to obtain the BCL (Distinction) from the University of Oxford (fully sponsored by the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence and the China Oxford Scholarship), where he was awarded the Law Faculty Prize in Dissertations. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and has spoken at CPD and other talks.

    Alex is a Bar Scholar.
