徐焯轩大律师师从许伟强资深大律师、鲍进龙资深大律师、李国威大律师、张怡大律师和陈志刚大律师，于2023年实习期满后加入天博大律师事务所独立执业，就各类民事诉讼案件及本所所有业务领域的事项接受委托。
徐大律师在牛津大学完成法律本科学位，之后以全科优等成绩获得在牛津大学法学硕士（BCL）学位。
在开始大律师实习之前，他曾在香港终审法院担任司法助理，协助法官研究法律要点及处理法院的日常工作。
