 was recently invited by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) to take part as a trainer in a moot arbitration held at DLA Piper’s office in Shanghai. This event marked the conclusion of the 10

 Public Course on International Arbitration co-organised by HKIAC with Fudan University Law School.

As the coach of the respondent’s team, which comprised undergraduate students from Fudan University, Jonathan conducted five online sessions with the students. These sessions covered various topics, including case analysis, witness handling, and the preparation on written opening and closing statements prior to the moot arbitration.
