Victor joined Chambers in 2018 after completion of pupillage with Mr. Richard Khaw SC, Mr. Jin Pao SC, Mr. Derek Chan SC and Mr. Anthony Chan. From 2016 to 2017, he was a Judicial Assistant to the Court of Final Appeal. During his studies, Victor actively participated in various moots, including the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2014 and 2015. He was awarded the Best Speaker in both Hong Kong regional rounds. His team ranked 20th of 116 teams in the 2015 international rounds.
