    Sheena joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr Bernard Man SC, Ms Maggie Wong SC, Mr Jin Pao SC and Ms Queenie Lau. She has a broad civil practice with experience in a wide range of areas. Sheena has conducted trials as a sole advocate (in both English and Chinese) and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

HSBC International Trustee Limited [2019] HKCFI 1268 (led by Mr Paul Girolami QC and Mr Eugene Fung SC, with Mr Wilson Leung and Ms Janet Ho) – 33-day trial, represented the defendant in dismissing breach of trust claims concerning the Lo Family Trust
  • Shalini Naresh Kumar Basant v. Sovereign Fiduciaries (Hong Kong) Limited, [2022] HKCFI 3675 – represented professional trustee in trust dispute
  • Advised and acted in numerous trust matters for both trustees and beneficiaries, including administration and distribution of trust assets, Order 85 directions, Beddoe applications and claims for breach of fiduciary duties
