    Louis joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Ms Eva Sit SC, Mr Tony Li SC, Mr Anthony Chan SC and Mr Julian Lam. He is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. During limited practice, Louis was led by Mr Bernard Man SC (with Ms Natalie So) in a trial fixed for 15 days, representing a Hong Kong-listed company.

    Prior to commencing pupillage, Louis served as marshal to the Hon Madam Justice Linda Chan. He also undertook a 6-month posting at the Listing Division of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). While at HKEX, he assisted in the work of the Listing Review Committee and Listing Committee, as well as in various policy matters.

    Louis read law at the University of Cambridge and completed his BCL at the University of Oxford. He was also awarded the Bar Scholarship.
