    Eva Sit SC specialises in insolvency, restructuring and company and commercial litigation generally. Her practice is primarily focused on cross-border corporate insolvency work, with extensive experience in insolvency recovery work and interim protection. She acts regularly for liquidators and creditors. She is well-versed in emerging areas including digital assets, in particular in the insolvency setting.

    Further, she regularly represents the regulator on civil litigation and winding up relating to companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She is also active in cross-border commercial arbitration, both as counsel and arbitrator.

    She was appointed a deputy judge of the Court of First Instance in 2019, has since 2020 been a Recorder of the Court of First Instance since 2020.

    She passed the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination in 2021.
