    Celeste joined Chambers in 2024 after completing pupillage with Ms Eva Sit SC, Mr Shu Wun Lee, Mr Martin Ho and Mr Joshua Chan. She is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

    Prior to being called to the Hong Kong Bar, Celeste spent two years reading political science at SciencesPo in France and two years reading history at Columbia University, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honours and was invited to join the GS Honour Society for graduating top 5% of her graduating class. She then went on to read the 2-year Senior Status Affiliate law degree at the University of Cambridge, obtaining a First and the E.M. Burnett Prize from her college. She subsequently completed the BCL at the University of Oxford.
