Before the Lunar New Year, several members of Temple Chambers had the privilege of delivering different sections of the Hong Kong Common Law Practical Training Course to 25 judges from Mainland China.

The Hong Kong Common Law Practical Training Course is the inaugural programme of the Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy following the launch of the Academy in November 2024. Co-organised by the Supreme Peopleʼs Court of the Peopleʼs Republic of China and the Academy, the Course aims to facilitate exchanges in relation to the legal systems of Hong Kong and the Mainland, providing a deeper understanding of Hong Kongʼs common law system.
